Methodology
The audit uses deterministic rules, versioned inputs, and a separate directional opportunity model. It does not use generative AI to score, price, or promise outcomes.
Six categories total 100 available points: contact coverage, response speed, follow-up discipline, intake or booking process, governance, and attribution.
Current modeled wins are calculated from monthly volume, stage progression rates, average gross value, and 12 months. Scenarios apply capped relative uplifts to the highest-leakage stages.
Missing or uncertain primary inputs lower confidence. Unknown fields are never silently converted to zero, and missing financial data prevents fabricated opportunity totals.
Rules rank severity, likely business impact, effort, and dependency order so each report starts with the highest-value operating question.
Current wins = monthly inbound x contacted x qualified x appointment/proposal x progression x win/deposit.
Annual gross value = monthly wins x average gross value x 12.
Modeled opportunity = scenario annual gross value minus current annual gross value.
Outputs are directional planning estimates, not guarantees, settlement valuations, booking promises, profit forecasts, legal advice, or financial advice.
